I am a lifelong student of the body, licensed massage therapist, energy worker, practitioner of folk herbalism, dancer, creator, and friend.

I am passionate about delivering ecological and wholesome wellness through body work, intuitive energy work, somatic dance practices, herbalism, and plant spirit medicine. Some of my deepest joys are creating flower & gem essences, as well as herbal remedies and comforts. I have loved to dance for my entire life, and this love led me to bodywork, which I have been offering professionally for 5+ years. I consider it a deep honor to be of service to the physical and energetic self, and I welcome each being into my practice (and heart) as a member of our global family.

I feel it is my purpose to assist in the process of “re-membering” our sacred connection to our bodies, and the global ecosystem and family of the earth. It is this prayer that I hope to bring through with my work as a creator and healer.
